Amy is a registered yoga instructor and has a Master’s degree in special education; she currently teaches at Westlake High School, in Austin Texas. She started a new course, “PE for the Mind, Body and Spirit,” which focuses on self-care strategies and yoga. She has a passion for integrating SEL strategies into curriculum and demonstrating how anyone can take a deep breath to slow down. Yoga changed her life and believes it can change the world, one breath at a time.
