Timothy Selgrat developed and currently facilitates the interest-driven, design thinking, STEAM program at Carleton Washburne School in Winnetka, Illinois. Prior to his work in District 36, Selgrat was the Technology Director and Teacher at Queen of Angels Elementary School for almost a decade, where he strived to integrate 21st-century skills into the classroom and beyond. Through his efforts, Selgrat implemented many schoolwide firsts such as a standards-based technology curriculum for preschool through 8th grade, the Teacher Mobile Device initiative, and the Student Mobile Learning initiative.
