Rico D'Amore has been the Director of Educational Technology at Warren Township High School, one of the largest high school districts in Illinois, for over 10 years. His work over the years includes a successful transition from a school wide BYOD policy to a district wide 1:1 Chromebook initiative for 4500 students. He also created Devil Hack 1.00 and 1.01 and partnered with Major League Hacking to host two very successful high school hacking events in Illinois. His new passion project is www.hack2dfuture.org which is designed to assist elementary and high schools create student “hacking” experiences to fit their needs.
