Dr. Philip (Phil) Lacey is the Director of Instructional Technology for Niles District 219 in Skokie, IL. Currently working alongside teachers piloting laptop PCs and Chromebooks with wireless projection, his vision is to enable teachers develop highly engaged learning environments. Past projects include a self-paced Digital Literacy Program and the development of a student led 1:1 Student Help Desk. Phil has served as President and Conference Committee Co-Chair for Illinois Computing Educators, Advisory Board Member for Illinois Virtual School, and a Chicago Local School Council member. A Google Certified Educator; favorite activities include being the father of two amazing kids and cooking.
