Colleen Casey, Ph.D., is a Senior Manager, Social Innovation, at Toyota. The mission of Social Innovation is to expand access to opportunities and create a culture of inclusion to strengthen communities and our business through a holistic, 360 approach. At Toyota, Colleen leads the inclusive mobility team and several of the division’s 360 programs. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy, Urban and Community Development Policy, and was previously an Associate Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington. She’s published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on topics related to the intersection between transportation and public health, cross sector collaborations, and urban development.
