As the Director of Instructional Technology in Spring ISD, Susan is focused on creating stimulating learning environments which allow students the autonomy to explore, grow and create. With twenty-four years of educational experience as a teacher, campus administrator, and district administrator, Susan has transitioned from working with students to working for them as an advocate to strengthen teaching and learning. She received a B.S.E. from Delta State University and a M.E. and Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Urban and Multicultural Education.
